Writing Burmese (Myanmar)

1. to download and install a font supporting Burmese characters, such as:
   • "MyaZedi" font, at http://www.myazedi.com/mmfonts/v2
   • "Burmese1_1 font

2. to install a program to easily type the characters, such as
   • the program "Keyboard", downloadable from this site at http://www.webalice.it/sandro.carnevali/tastiera/keyboard.htm

In the pictures down here you see the program "Keyboard", wtith the keyboard "Myanmar (Font: "MyaZedi")" selected in the menu "South East Asia".
You get a keyboard showing the characters you can type using the mouse clicking in the different keys. The text may be saved as a rtf file, readable in Word or many programs more, or simply copied and pasted.
